Trane Technologies Acquires UK Thermo King and Frigoblock dealer, Marshall Fleet Solutions

Global climate innovator Trane Technologies (NYSE: TT) and its industry-leading Thermo King brand, a leader in sustainable transport temperature control solutions, acquired Marshall Thermo King Ltd., trading as Marshall Fleet Solutions, one of the UK’s longest-established and largest Thermo King and Frigoblock dealers. The acquisition is effective March 31, 2025.

Marshall Fleet Solutions has represented Thermo King in the UK market for more than 50 years as part of privately-owned Marshall Group. The business currently offers a full suite of refrigeration services including installation, maintenance and repairs, in addition to tail lift services and comprehensive fleet management.
