ThermoKare 24/7 Fleet Monitoring from Thermo King will not only monitor your transport refrigeration unit round the clock, but also respond to every issue, arrange support for resolution and provide detailed reporting to meet the most stringent regulatory requirements.

Every issue identified will trigger our expert team to resolve the problem remotely, using TracKing two-way communication. If this is not possible, you will receive immediate notification and directions to the nearest Frigoblock/ Thermo King Dealer.

Breakdown Assistance Programs

ThermoAssistance

ThermoAssistance is a multi-lingual assistance platform to offer 24/7 support on Frigoblock/Thermo King equipment for Frigoblock customers whilst traveling abroad. The service is provided via the authorised Frigoblock/Thermo King dealer network.

RoadAssistance

RoadAssistance is a multi-lingual assistance platform to offer 24/7 support on trailer related breakdowns to Frigoblock/Thermo King customers via a 3rd part service network and the authorised Frigoblock/Thermo King dealer network.

This service provides trailer related breakdowns (support on tires, brakes, axles, taillift, lights and accessories) through a European-wide service provider.

Trucks/Trailers need to be subscribed prior of being able to use this service.
